Let AI trade. On your terms.
Every order your AI sends through reTrade is checked against your rules before your broker sees it, with a signed receipt for every decision.
Pre-release. Now taking pilot partners.
Write one rule. Watch it hold.
Only you can change this rule. A tighter limit applies at once; a looser one waits 24 hours.

- Buy 10 AAPL: go ahead.
- Buy 204 NVDA: cut down to 6.
- Buy $12,000 VTI: waits for you, then goes ahead when you say yes.
- Buy 500 ZOOM: stop, no exact match for the stock.
- Buy 90 TSLA: stop, the price is 41 seconds old.

The engine is built. Now we’re taking pilots.
We’re looking for two or three design partners: AI trading companies, insurers and brokers. Pilots are free, run 60 to 90 days on practice trading, and start with success criteria written down.

Questions about reTrade
What is reTrade?
reTrade puts guardrails on AI trading. You write your rules once. Connect an AI trading agent through reTrade, and every order it sends is checked against those rules before your broker sees it: a pre-trade check with four possible answers (go ahead, cut down, wait for you, or stop). Every decision is signed into a tamper-evident record.
Who is it for?
AI trading companies whose AI places orders in customers’ brokerage accounts; insurers who want evidence they can check before covering AI trading; brokers who want one check across every outside AI their customers connect; and people who want an AI to trade their own accounts under rules they set.
What rules can I set?
Limit rules, such as “no more than 10% of my money in any one stock”, and an approval line ($5,000 an order and $10,000 a day by default) above which an order waits for your OK. The engine has 21 kinds of rules. When a fact is missing, such as a price older than 30 seconds or a stock it can’t match exactly, the answer is stop.
Can an AI change my rules?
No. No AI can approve its own orders, change your rules, press Stop or widen its own limits. Only you can change a rule: a tighter limit applies at once, and a looser one waits 24 hours.
What’s in the audit trail?
A signed receipt for every decision: the order, the answer and the rule that decided it. The receipts are chained, so the record is tamper-evident: any later change shows. Each party signs its own part, and no account numbers are kept in the log.
Can I use it with real money today?
Not yet. reTrade is pre-release: the engine is built and tested, but its orders go only to a simulated broker, and live trading isn’t switched on. Companies can request a pilot now, and people can join the waitlist for their own accounts.
