AI is learning to trade. We’re making sure it answers to people.
Our mission
Anyone who lets an AI near their money should set the rules, see every decision, and be able to prove what happened. That’s the whole idea.
Six rules we hold ourselves to.
Your rules, not ours.
reTrade never suggests or starts a trade. It answers each order your AIs send it, checked against rules you wrote and signed.
When in doubt, stop.
No signed rules, an old price, a stock it can’t match exactly: a missing fact means stop. It never guesses.
Proof over promises.
Every decision is signed and chained to the one before, so any edit shows.
Each party signs its own words.
The AI signs what it asked for, reTrade signs what it decided, and you sign your rules.
Say what’s real.
Everything on this site is labelled: built, coming, planned, an example, an illustration or our own test.
Speed is not the selling point.
A whole signed decision takes about 1.5 thousandths of a second. What matters is that it’s right, and written down.

Early, built, and honest about it.
We write down the mandate layer: rules you own, a checker in front of every AI you connect, and a record nobody can quietly change.
20,000 of 20,000 random orders agree with an independent re-check.
Our own test run, 19 Oct 2026, simulated orders, one machine.- Today
The engine’s orders go only to a simulated broker; live trading isn’t switched on.
Built and tested in reTrade’s engine. Not available to the public yet.
Build it with us.
We’re looking for design partners: AI trading apps, brokers and insurers. Everyday investors can join the waitlist for the reTrade app.
